Shipping Policy

Delivery Australia wide

50 Days uses Australia Post for Standard and Express deliveries and charges fixed rates for the following: 

                                    Small standard parcels $7.45
                                    Standard orders $12
                                    Express orders $20 to metropolitan areas only.

Additional Express Post costs will be applied if delivery is outside of large centres. Please contact 50 Days for more information.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on the location (up to 14 business days for remote areas).

Express Post orders will normally be despatched within 24 hours and this is a next day delivery service to most major centres. Express Post is sent via a traceable service. This information will be sent to you, on your shipment confirmation electronically (if you give us an email address) when your parcel is shipping. 

All orders are carefully packed to protect the items. Items are checked prior to packing to ensure that each item is dispatched in perfect condition. 

50 Days is not responsible for parcels that are left at unattended addresses and go missing. If you do not wish to give Authority to Leave, please email or phone us to organise Signature on Delivery.

An email to confirm when your order is sent will be shipped to you. 

The delivery times provided are estimates only.  While 50 Days will make every effort to ensure delivery within the timeframe, factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not always allow this to be possible.

If any of the items are not in stock, we will need to order them from our supplier and delivery may take longer.  If we expect your order to arrive outside of these times you will be notified by phone and/or email.

Any urgent orders please call for stock notification and estimated delivery time.

All prices stated are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive.

NZ Orders

When sending an order outside of Australia, the purchaser is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Due to international postal regulations, 50 Days will declare the order as a ‘good’ and declare the exact value. The recipient should be aware that orders shipped to addresses outside of Australia maybe subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. 50 Days takes no responsibility for any charges associated with customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore it is recommended that buyers contact their local customs office for further information. The estimated time of arrival for orders does not take into consideration delays associated with custom clearance procedures.

International Purchases must meet the requirement of less than 20kg packaged weight.

The purchaser must pay any additional postage charges before the order will be shipped.

NZ Order Limitations

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the goods can be lawfully imported into the destination country and comply with all regulation and legislation of the destination country. For products shipped internationally, please note that some manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).

Over Sized Items

Large items more than 1,000mm in one dimension will be subject to surcharge. Oversize can also apply to orders of many items, it is the total package size that is relevant. In this case the Bulky Item Surcharge must be added but for large consignment of multiple items extra charges may apply.

Issues With Delivery

Where there is an issue with delivery or the condition of goods delivered, 50 Days must be notified as soon as the customer becomes aware. Items are always delivered within 14 business days to even the most remote locations. We therefore will not be made liable for non-delivery or damaged items if we are notified outside of 20 business days from the day of despatch.
